Grounding/earthing sheets

I don't understand the grounding part. Is it a plug-in? Do you have to attach it somewhere? I've read about these before and I never could really find how that part works

Not speaking from any experience with bed sheets, but a grounding mat/wrist strap has a plug that connects into the ground of an electrical receptacle. I can only assume that sheets are the same.

Sheets for the family if this is legit…. Pillow case is enough to “test out”? Maybe will give that a go.
